Celebrate Grandparents Day with Grandparents!
Thursday September 4, 2008

If you are looking for: 1. a gift for Grandparents Day (always the Sunday after Labor Day), 2. a book your young children can enjoy with their grandparents, or 3. an amusing, yet informative, children's picture book about grandparents for three- to five-year-olds, I have the book for you. It's
Grandparents!, which was originally published in France.
Kane/Miller Book Publishers is the publisher of the first American edition. With words and cartoon sketches, the author and illustrator take a humorous look at grandparents of all types. They also briefly and sensitively cover old age, death, and living far from grandparents. Click on "comments" below and share your family's favorite books about grandparents.
