Writers: Get Your Picture Book Published!

The Amercian Book Cooperative has announced the ABC Children's Picture Book Competition. According to the ABC, the eligibility requirements are, "Any author, published or unpublished, over the age of 21 who is a citizen of the United States with an original unpublished manuscript is eligible to enter the competition. Simultaneously submitted manuscripts are acceptable. All manuscripts not under contract at the time of submission are eligible." Manuscripts must be 1200 words or less and be written for children 2-7. Entries must be postmarked by midnight, April 12, 2004.
