The Hottest Topic in Children's Books - Harry Potter 6

Monday December 27, 2004
I did some research to find out why Harry Potter 6, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” has been the hottest topic in children’s books in 2004 and found some amazing statistics. Among many other things, I discovered the following: More than a quarter of a billion Harry Potter books have been sold. The books are available in 61 language and more than 200 countries. In America, there are close to 80 million books in print. Although “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” will not be published until July 16, 2005, presales have already made it #1 on Amazon’s bestseller list. See my article Harry Potter 6 - The Hottest Topic in Children’s Books for much more.
