For months, 8-12 year old fans of "A Series of Unfortunate Events" by Lemony Snicket have been trying to learn the title of the next book in the series. I'm happy to report that the title has been revealed, and the twelfth book in the wildly popular series is now available. Look for "The Penultimate Peril" by Lemony Snicket (HarperCollins, 2005. ISBN 0064410153) at bookstores and libraries. Did you know that it's the next to last book in the series? The author has stated that the thirteenth book will be his last book about "A Series of Unfortunate Events."
