October is International Dinosaur Month. Celebrate with children's books about dinosaurs. After reading 70+ dinosaur books for children, I selected my Top 10 Children's Books About Dinosaurs. The first seven are excellent nonfiction books, including several about dinosaur expeditions and several detailed reference books. The last three include a wordless book, a picture book, and a beginning reader, all of which contain imaginative and amusing fictional stories about dinosaurs.

Any child interested in Dinosaurs will love Robert Sabuda’s umbelievable pop-up book on Dinosaurs and Prehistoric animals. The creatures literally jump right up off the pages.
I browsed on this website as a requirement for my childrens lit. class and wow, was I amazed. I have a child who loves dinosaurs and is excited about reading . this is a website I will be using often.
