We Love Eric Carle books! Every year we do art projects and watch the video where he shows how he makes his pictures. It gets us inspired.

As a pre-serviced Educator, I never fail to visit a classroom without an Eric Carle book on hand; his unique conception is immediately recognizable, and his extraordinary use of collage is an excellent segway into the open-ened art activity. I would forever use his work as an excellent resource in the classroom.
