reading list to take with you when you are looking for good books for children, from babies to 14-year-olds. The list includes a variety of notable children's books, including the winners of the
Caldecott,
Newbery, Sibert, Geisel, and Batchelder Award and Honor books, as well as books that have received other American Library Association (ALA) awards, such as the
Coretta Scott King Awards, the Michael L. Printz Award, and the Schneider Family Book Award, and/or were named a Best Book for Young Adults.
