Best Knitting Books for Kids and Teens
Thursday November 20, 2008
Handmade Christmas gifts are always a hit, and there's still time for your kids to learn to knit scarves or other simple gifts. If you are looking for a good knitting book for your son or daughter, these knitting books for kids and teens may be just what you need. All of them provide instruction on the basics of knitting through detailed illustrations and clear step-by-step directions. If your kids are Harry Potter fans, I recommend Charmed Knits, which has Potter-related knitting patterns for a range of knitting abilities.

Elizabeth,
Nice to see you’re still here covering fantastic kids’ books. I love that you’ve included books on knitting. Do you also have quilting listed anywhere? My granddaughter and I are making a quilt for her sister.
Happy 2007!
