Children Love Mem Fox

Australian author Mem Fox has written more than 30 books for children and adults. Her first picture book, Possum Magic, was published in 1983 and remains the best selling picture book ever in Australia. Many of Mem Fox's books, such as Time for Bed, a gentle rhyming bedtime story, have also been published in the United States. Mem Fox is also a literacy consultant, and I highly recommend her book Reading Magic: Why Reading Aloud to Our Children Will Change Their Lives Forever, a book for parents and caregivers of babies and very young children about the impact of reading aloud to children.
