If you are looking for special Mother's Day gifts for your mother or grandmother, here are some children’s picture books, plus one book of quotations from children’s books, that should appeal to them. What a nice idea! I try to give my daughter a children’s book every so often for her classroom and for her own future children. As a recently retired reading teacher who had a reputation of buying every book in sight at conferences, I’d love getting one for Mother’s Day too….or any day!
