Have Fun with Reader's Theater

Thursday November 20, 2003
One of the authors listed in my Authors directory is Aaron Shepherd, who is known for retelling folktales and other traditional stories from around the world, and for writing reader's theater scripts. Several collections of his scripts have been published; he also has a collection of free scripts and information about reader's theater on his website. Just scroll down for lots of resources.

If you are looking for an activity for a group of children 8 and up, try reader's theater. Whether they are your students, scout troop, or neighborhood kids, they (and you) will have fun with reader's theatre. Share your experiences with reader's theatre by posting on the About Children's Books Forum.recall recall
