It's Here! Teen Read Week

Sunday October 17, 2004
The American Library Association's Teen Read Week started today and will continue through October 23, 2004. According to the ALA,
Hundreds of public and school libraries, classrooms, and bookstores across the country will celebrate this year's Teen Read Week theme "It's Alive! @ your library," which encourages teens to read books about mysteries, forensics, science fiction, horror and the world around them for the "fun of it."
Some of the resources for teens on About Children's Books include Are there graphic novels for children/teens that you would recommend? Let me know by joining the discussion on the About Children's Books Forum. Thanks.
